SHIPPING: Buyer pays shipping on my Items from Postal Code 64730 USA. I can ship these Items worldwide. Within the USA, Item will be shipped UPS Ground Insured unless the buyer specifies otherwise. Item will be shipped promptly after receiving proper payment. Contact us with your complete ship-to address and ZipCode or International Postal Code for exact shipping costs. PAYMENT Options: I’m not set up to accept any kind of plastic card payment. I run a one-man shop and can’t afford the monthly fees the card companies want just to have their machine sit on my counter. You have four payment options: 1. You can use PayPal, but you will need to agree to pay the Fees that PayPal will deduct from the payment when it enters my PayPal Account, since PayPal charges the Fee to the Seller, not the Buyer, just like the plastic card companies. I already have my transaxles and parts discounted as much as possible, and I can't afford to lose money paying PayPal Fees. This would add some to your payment depending on your part(s)+post total. A PayPal payment usually takes one business day to get from your PayPal Account to my bank account, and as soon as it does, I can ship your item. If you want to use PayPal, let me know your PayPal Account email address/username and I can send you a PayPal Invoice, and you can pay the Invoice. 2. Mail a check – business or personal -- for the total part+post amount to Rom's Reworks at the address shown in my previous email. I can usually ship your item the same day I receive payment, since my mail normally arrives before noon and our UPS Terminal doesn't close until 16:30. 2A. If you're in a hurry and want to mail a check, mail it either Certified or in a Priority Envelope, and take a picture of the check and the USPS receipt showing the Tracking Number, then email these pictures to me. I can then ship the part(s) right away because I'll know the payment is on its way. This would also apply to a UPS or FedEx envelope. COD is not an option due to the length of time it takes for the payment to arrive here. Pay-to and mail-to address for a paper payment is: Rom's Reworks 4276 NE State Route H Butler, MO 64730-9346 3. Using wire-payment instructions I can send to you, have your bank transfer the payment directly from your account to mine. My bank will charge me a $15.00 incoming-transfer fee, so this will need to be added to your part+post total. And you will need to have your bank do this -- for security reasons, do not attempt to do this with a personal electronic device. A wire transfer normally takes one business day, and I can ship your item as soon as the payment arrives in my account. 4. You can send a Western Union Money Transfer from your local Western Union office to the Butler, Missouri, 64730 USA, WU office to my attention. When you make the payment, they will give you a Money Transfer Control (MTC) Number -- email this number to me and I can ship your item as soon as the money is available at the local office. "No-Show" NOTE: If you do not plan to purchase an item, do not place an Order. When you No-Show an Order, it creates problems for me in the eCrater system, and it wastes the time I've spent replying to your Order email and making sure you are getting what you need at the correct price with accurate shipping.
